Before visiting any place, like many tourists, even I like to know the temperature and the climatic conditions of the place, before I land there. Keeping up with my habit, when I had to visit Edinburgh for some business purpose, I first checked out the climatic conditions and the temperature that I can expect there. It was all good, like it is in Edinburgh, through out the year. Little did I know what Edinburgh had in store for me.
When I actually landed at the Edinburgh airport, as I came out, I was greeted by a pleasant summer breeze and the sounds of bagpipes flowing in it. I was received at the airport by my business associates, who had also planned my itinerary – they had a good plan. After finishing off my official work, they had kept one day for a little sight seeing for me before they could see me off at the airport again.
After the sight seeing, I was left hungry for more. Even though I am not very much into literature or art and architecture, yet there is something about the place that makes everyone delighted when they visit Edinburgh.
